We provide professional drone filming and aerial photography services. All aerial operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, airspace restrictions, and local ordinances.

  • Aerial filming services are subject to FAA airspace restrictions including Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), controlled airspace, and no-fly zones. We will not conduct operations in restricted areas.
  • Clients are responsible for securing all necessary property owner permissions, easements, and event permits prior to scheduled filming.
  • Aerial footage capturing identifiable individuals in private settings may be subject to applicable state privacy and anti-surveillance laws. Clients assume responsibility for compliance.
  • Weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and technical factors may require rescheduling of aerial operations. We are not liable for delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.
  • Commercial use of aerial footage provided by us is permitted only as described in the applicable service agreement.
  • We carry FAA-required aviation liability insurance. Clients should verify their own coverage needs with a licensed insurance professional.
